1. Services

305 Starlights provides automotive customization services including but not limited to headliner starlights, ambient lighting, custom steering wheels, and wheel lighting installations.

All services are provided based on the specifications agreed upon at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that the requested customization may compromise vehicle safety or violate local regulations.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our contact form, phone, or WhatsApp
  • A deposit may be required to confirm your appointment
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund of any deposit
  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are quoted based on the specific vehicle and customization requirements
  • Final pricing will be provided before work begins
  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made
  • We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payment methods
  • All prices are subject to change without notice

4. Warranty & Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work and materials. All installations come with a limited warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials.

  • Warranty period varies by service and will be specified at time of installation
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or modifications by third parties
  • Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period
  • Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective work or materials

5. Vehicle Care & Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is in good condition before service
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to vehicles
  • Customers should remove all valuables from their vehicle before service
  • By leaving your vehicle with us, you authorize us to operate it for the purpose of testing and quality assurance

6. Limitation of Liability

305 Starlights shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of 305 Starlights and is protected by copyright laws. We may use photos of completed work for marketing purposes unless you specifically request otherwise.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
